We have another relatively new podcast to share with you today. It’s called Crime-Ridden and as of this writing there are nine episodes ready for download.

At this point, we have to recommend that you add this podcast to your feeds!crimeridden

Each week, the female host covers true crime stories from around the world. It is truly a diverse mix of cases that you have probably not heard of.

What makes this show particularly interesting for us is that it nearly always includes an audio clip of a 911 call, news report or the like. It adds a dimension that many podcasts can’t. And with the typical episode running about 30 minutes, it’s very digestible.

As with any true crime podcast that covers the realities of the world we live in, there are plenty of stories that could be triggers for some people. So far, the host has done a good job of alerting the listener of the sensitive nature of the content.

This podcast takes a much more journalistic approach to the stories. You’re not on a journey with this host where you’re putting pieces of the puzzle together. But you are hearing about recent events impacting our world and you may find yourself diving deeper into the cases on your own.

Here at TCPR, we love that Crime-Ridden is getting the word out about these crimes and bringing attention to cases that may need help from the public.

The Crime Ridden is also diligently posting on Twitter and that’s where you’ll get a better feel for the host’s personality and interests. So follow the podcast on Twitter.

TCPR Ranking 9 out of 10
